TyreCheck Launch Worksheet Management Module
TyreCheck continues to add value to its customers by extending its software. The WorkSheet Module is deisgned to track
the true cost of a tyres on a fleet over time.
In addition to supplying and fitting tyres, Fleets are now requiring Tyre Dealers to provide tools to manage a tyre
during the course of its life on a vehicle. Management of tyres using paper based systems is no longer accepted by the
industry. Fleets now demand that Tyre Dealers move away from the practice of fire-fighting problems as they arise and
instead begin to schedule maintenance based on regular vehicle inspections and up to date tyre information.
Imagine a situation where a tyre fitter goes to a vehicle to carry out an inspection of the tyres. Once at the
vehicle, the fitter inspects all tyres, corrects all pressures and is required to replace one tyre due to a cut in the
side wall. The fitter then schedules that damaged tyre to be repaired while recording the details of the new tyre
which has been added to the vehicle. In addition to this, he will have the ability to record the fact that certain
tyres on the vehicle will need to be re-grooved within one month. All of this work can be done without the use of
any paper and will be instantly available online.
At TyreCheck, we have rolled out our Worksheet Management Module to our current customer base with tremendous success.
The technology is now driving down the overall costs of tyres in a fleet while increasing the fleets availability. The
Worksheet Management Module will shortly be released onto the market, where it is expected to generate a lot of
interest.
Jonathan Brennan says "At TyreCheck we are continuously investing in new technologies and this has put the
